The Caribbean Fusion cuisine chefs will join forces to hold live food demonstrations as part of the virtual 20th edition of The International Jerk Food and Music Festival (aka JerkFest), running from August 6th to 8th, 2021. JerkFest's headliners will feature Jamaican reggae legends Tarrus Riley and saxophonist Dean Fraser, 'The Empress of Reggae Music' Marica Griffiths and dancehall singer Lukie D.
